The construction of an intercultural school, as well as the development of inclusive educational frameworks where students from immigrant families are considered one more, requires not only didactic measures but also organizational measures. For this reason, it is necessary to cover, with theoretical and practical contributions, this dimension of management and leadership, less addressed than the other. This work aims to contribute to filling this space. It basically offers three types of content: substantive, practical and operational. Thus, in addition to clarifying terminologically and conceptually the environment of interculturality and inclusion, and exploring it from a postmodern theoretical position, this theoretical foundation links with the principles of organizational praxis that must assume a intercultural and inclusive educational center, referring, in addition, to strategies based on real experiences and providing a concrete model of dynamism of a cloister when going into the complex process of transformation towards intercultural education and the inclusion Addressed to all teaching staff, the central axis of any innovation that wants to be carried out in this area, who assume the role of authentic intercultural leader in their workplace, it is also above all a text designed for team members manager that they are and must be, in the first place, architects and promoters of the creation of an authentically intercultural and inclusive educational scenario.
