A study conducted as part of a doctoral thesis has provided insight into how teachers engage in informal learning in Catalan educational centers. The study’s findings reveal from whom and/or with whom teachers learn informally, what activities they carry out to engage in informal learning, and what factors influence their participation in these activities.
