La cultura del futur dels IES. Què opina el professorat?

This book presents a study of the culture and organisational climate of HEIs based on their origin (BUP, FP and newly created HEIs) to extract indicators of the culture that make the centres offer optimal educational services for the adolescents who attend HEIs today. All this, taking into account the growing complexity of our society both in terms of the increasing difficulty of being a citizen in the 22nd century, as well as the difficulty of attending to the diversity of students who attend the centres. We also bear in mind the growing demands made on the teaching staff, who find themselves, according to our starting point, in a situation of excessive responsibility and lack of resources to respond to all the new challenges posed.
