El trànsit cap a la professió docent: L’experiència Inducteaching a l’Institut Escola Virolet

The Inducteaching project – the transition to the teaching profession – is proposed as an initiative that contributes evidence to support a strategic change and improvement in initial teacher education, specifically in primary education. It focuses on the transition to the profession starting from the final year of initial training and continuing through the first year of professional teaching practice. At the Virolet School Institute, we work on the implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and validation of induction processes into the profession as key aspects to facilitate the competency development of future teaching professionals.
