Marina Tomàs i Folch has been a professor in the Department of Applied Pedagogy, in the Faculty of Education Sciences of the UAB, since the 1991-1992 academic year. He is a member of the EDO research group. His teaching and research activity revolves around the themes of center organization: educational leadership, culture and climate in organizations, organizational development, change and innovation, gender and the university. She is the author of several manuals and numerous articles resulting from research in magazines such as Educar, Revista de Educación, Bordón and Educatio Siglo XXI, in the Spanish field, and Higher Education Quarterly, EEPA, Educational Management, Administration and Leadership and The International Journal of Learning, in the Anglo-Saxon field.
