Within the framework of the Congress, some members of the EIPSI project will participate in the Symposium “Evidence-based educational practices to promote innovation and change in educational organizations”, coordinated by Cecilia Inés Suárez, with the following 4 contributions:
- School organizations that promote the use of PBEs: Intervening factors. Georgeta Ion and Joaquín Gairín (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona – UAB).
- Leadership of management teams for the promotion of PBE. Saida López Crespo and Cecilia Inés Suárez Rivarola (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona – UAB).
- Collaborative action for the implementation of evidence-based practice in schools. Carmen Saban (Universidad Complutense de Madrid).
- The development of evidence-informed teaching competence: learning ecosystem between university and educational administration. Carme Sanjuan (Department of Innovation and Training of the Department of Education of the Generalitat de Catalunya).
In this space, those attending the symposium are going to learn more about evidence-based practices, as well as the results of some previous research focused on the organizational conditioning factors for the implementation of this approach aimed at improving organizations.
