On Saturday, November 20th, from 4:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., the INTERSTICE project will celebrate its first Multiplier Event within the framework of the space for research, training, dialogue and networking that will take place during the VI Festival International Arts for Early Childhood organized by LaSala, an entity associated with the project. During the Multiplier, the coordinators of the project will present the general lines that have led to its realization, and the different coordinators of the project activities will present the results that have been obtained so far, as well as the linking of these actions with previous projects of the associated institutions.
The Festival el Petit will also become a training space for the project partners, who will participate as spectators in the various live artistic experiences that will be held in 20 different spaces in the territory, as well as spaces for reflection and analysis with the organizers to jointly build knowledge around the performing arts in the training of the little ones. The 2021 edition focuses its gaze on the opportunity to (re)discover, (re)think, (re)create and (re)meet through the Arts.
The INTERSTICE – Encounters between artists, children and educators project (Ref. 2020-1-ES01-KA203-082989), coordinated by Silvia Blanch and Gemma Paris and funded by the European Union, and aims to influence the improvement of student training university students who are training to be teachers of Early Childhood Education and Primary Education. For this, it intends to incorporate innovative experiences that intertwine art and education through collaborative learning between students, artists, teachers and children. These innovations aim to promote inclusive creative artistic experiences in university students to influence the child population, especially those who are most vulnerable and who have fewer opportunities to experience quality proposals.
