Coordinated by professors Maria del Mar Duran and María José García, the Conference aims to achieve two basic objectives:
- Obj.1: Agree on the group’s position on the need or not to have ethical standards for research in education in organizations.
- Obj. 2: Consensus which standards would be fundamental for research in education in organizations (assuming that the position of the group in relation to objective 1 is affirmative).
