The main objective of this assignment has been to advise the Council of Badia del Vallès in the initial phase of the Connecta’t project, consisting of the design of the evaluation, including the instruments, based on a diagnosis of the initial situation. The evaluation will be carried out with a procedural, educational approach and with the participation of the main agents involved.
The Connecta’t project is a support project in the construction of a life project for young people between the ages of 16 and 20 who are in a situation of vulnerability due to lack of motivation, misinformation, lack of personal, social and socio-emotional skills, with an academic situation of abandonment premature school (not graduated in ESO). Many of the recipients do not work or study and it is a personalized accompaniment adapted to the needs and interests of young people and the characteristics and opportunities of the territory.
The objectives of the program are linked to: a) accompanying the construction of the life project of adolescents and young people; b) promote the return to the educational system and access to professional qualification processes; c) improve their employability; and d) establish links with the community. Its development has a specific professional who coordinates the program and the support of the set of youth guidance services that exist in the municipality and outside of it.
