For 6 years I worked as a Primary Education Teacher with children from 5 to 8 years old in a school with high levels of vulnerability, which motivated me to research and carry out doctoral studies to improve the quality of learning in primary school students from public schools. through Distributed Leadership in School Management with principals and teacher leaders. My interest is to deepen my knowledge in organizational development, management, educational center management, pedagogical leadership from a distributed perspective, teacher training, teaching innovation and school improvement.
