Leadership of management teams and teachers
Joaquín Gairín and Mireia Tintoré have participated in the Henry Dunant College Universtaire Congress
On February 21 and 22, the IX Henry Dunant College Universitaire Congress was held at the CaixaForum in Barcelona, under the theme "Leadership of teachers and teachers in the educational center". The congress has allowed to know studies, experiences and theoretical contributions on the subject. Mireia Tintoré and Joaquín Gairín, both members of the EDO Group, attended the conference as speakers.
Tintoré participated in the round table on "The importance of leaders in education", focusing on the latest scientific evidence that demonstrates the importance of educational leaders. Especially, it deepened its relevance regarding the improvement of student results, equity, quality and educational effectiveness. To end the round table, three members of the management of educational centers shared their experiences.
On the other hand, Joaquín Gairín, made his presentation focused on the role of leaders as managers of change and the creation of organizations that generate knowledge.
