From May 11 to 15, 2026, Jordi Codina participated in the International Staff Week held at the University of Trento (Italy), an international meeting aimed at fostering the exchange of knowledge and best practices among university staff from across Europe.
The event was organised by the Erasmus+ programme as a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP), in collaboration with the University of Twente (The Netherlands) and the Autonomous University of Barcelona. This format combines face-to-face activities with preparatory and follow-up virtual work, promoting a more flexible, collaborative, and international learning experience.
The week included training sessions, participatory workshops, and networking opportunities focused on internationalisation, innovation in university management, and the professional development of administrative staff. It also provided opportunities to connect with professionals from other institutions and explore new avenues for international collaboration.
This participation is part of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training programme, which enables administrative staff (PAS/PTGAS) to undertake short stays at host institutions abroad to acquire new skills, share experiences, and strengthen the international dimension of universities.
