CRiEDO promotes the LYDERA network

CRiEDO is one of the driving teams behind the LYDERA network, an initiative aimed at strengthening research and collaboration in the field of educational leadership and management.

Currently, LYDERA (Educational Leadership and Management: Academic Network) brings together 13 research teams from various universities across Spain, with the aim of generating shared knowledge and promoting projects with an impact on the education system.

The network’s main objective is to promote scientific collaboration, knowledge exchange, and transfer in areas such as educational leadership, school management, and organizational development. LYDERA stems from a trajectory of academic cooperation that began in 2010 and was formalized following the 17th International Congress on the Organization of Educational Institutions (CIOIE), held in Oviedo in November 2023. Its official establishment was approved at the general assemblies held on November 4 and December 19, 2024.

As a non-profit research network, LYDERA brings together university groups with the aim of fostering knowledge, innovation, and cooperation in the field of educational leadership. Its main lines of action include the exchange of experiences, the development of joint projects, and the transfer of results to educational organizations. Its ambition is to become a national and international reference in research and training in educational leadership and organizational development, contributing to the improvement of pedagogical practices and the strengthening of the education system.

Through this initiative, CRiEDO reinforces its commitment to innovation, the improvement of educational organizations, and inter-university cooperation in service of society.
