CIOIE 2014

The XIII CIOIE to be held on 27^th, 28^th and 29^th November 2014 provides a space for creative reflection, analysis and teaching innovation in an interprofessional collaborative meeting designed to promote the exchange of good practices in scholar organization, a key aspect for the improvement of the quality of education.

The Congress, just as in the previous years, is targeted to teaching and research staff of the University, people responsible for the direction and management of formal and non-formal educational institutions, people advising schools, people responsible for organizing and managing institutions and programs of sociocommunitary and educational intervention, policy responsibles, specialists in Education, Pedagogy, Teaching and Educational Psychology, among others.

The objectives aimed during the Congress, in a summary form, are the following: i) developing an area of cooperation between professionals to share research and best practices in the field of Organization of Educational Institutions, ii) share educational organization models to respond a complex and dynamic reality, iii) reflect on practice intervention strategies involving the Scholar Leadership and Emotional Intelligence as the basis of Educational Organizations, iv) reflect on proposals for ICT and its application to improve Educational Organizations, v) establish an international stage of research, training and experience exchange of Organization of Educational Institutions, vi) analyse improvement proposals that provide a different way of understanding the interaction between students and various educational agents, vii) analyse innovative proposals from the Organization and Management of Companies.
