Dirección escolar y desarrollo Ético Organizacional en escuelas de Catalunya

The study analyzes organizational ethical development in early childhood and primary education centers in Catalonia and validates intervention proposals in this regard. The methodology used includes conducting 18 exploratory interviews with school directors/inspectors and experts in organizational ethics and ethical leadership and the application of 442 questionnaires to school directors. The content tries to theoretically and practically delimit the construct of organizational ethics, the competencies and professional functions of school management in this regard, and organizational proposals to promote its development. The conclusions of the study confirm that organizational ethics in educational centers requires spaces for dialogue and institutional reflection, shared delimitation of institutional ethical values and a committed educational team with ethical-moral training.
