Next May, RedAGE celebrates its 8th meeting, organized by Instituto Politécnico de Leiria, with the collaboration of the Organizational Management Team of UAB, and with the attendance of partners from 15 different countries.
This meeting has been planned with a double objective: on one hand, developing the general assembly and define action lines of the network during next year. On the other hand, organizing an open activity in Portugal in order to show the work that has been developed by RedAGE to those interested in educational management.
During the general assembly of the network, decisions will be made to guide the next 9 months of work of RedAGE’s committees, evaluate and approve new members, if need be, approve the 2015, information about daily management of RedAGE and a space to stablish agreements and commitments of institutions members for short and medium term.
The open activity will focus on educational and institutional assessment. here, it will be presented experiences related to Evaluation and Quality of Higher Education in Portugal (João Paulo Marques), Educational and Institutional self-assessment in primary and secondary education in Portugal Portugal (Fernando Elias), External education and institutional evaluation in primary and secondary education (Brites Ferreira) and experiencies in educational and institutional evaluation in Spain (Joaquín Gairín), Mexico (Adoración Barrales), Uruguay (María Inés Vázuqez) and Chile (Sebastián Sánchez).
EDO area, situated in Educational Science Faculty of Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, is the official seat of RedAGE, promoted initially for EDO-UAB team and ORT University Uruguay, with the financial support of AECID.
