The inauguration will be carried out by representatives of the promoting institutions (UAB and ORT) in addition to representatives of AECID and members of the Ministry of Education of Uruguay.
The conclusions of the event, the proposals and commitments to strengthen the Network will be published shortly in the magazine published by the ORT Education Institute. Among the commitments undertaken by the institutional representatives, the importance of becoming nodes in the network and facilitating its dissemination throughout Iberoamerica stands out. Another specific proposal is the holding of the second face-to-face meeting, to which the institutions of Chile, Cuba and the Dominican Republic applied to host. The main thematic axis for the next year is: “Needs and proposals for the management of school management (not higher education) in the the 21st century”. Subtopics emerged from the same, such as: Conditions of exercise and professional development, management skills for a new organization, impact of the management itself on the school climate and management and ICT. A whole new challenge to work on this year, in order to bring concrete conclusions and experiences to the second meeting of RedAGE in 2010.
