The 2012 EDO congress treated in a monographic way some of the topics that now make up the agenda of those responsible for corporate training, as is the case of informal learning in the workplace and its planned and intentional incorporation within the training proposals. This objective of transcending the classic formats, the traditional course – which made sense when information and connections were scarce -, obligatorily leads us to take a look at the best international experiences that we can find within the educational field and the ‘learning in general. There will be a special mention of experiences related to the efficient use of ICT within a mature and conscious context. This reflection will be led by Alejandro Piscitelli, internationally recognized expert in new media and learning.
