The webinar will feature Prof. Dr. Ulrike Fasbender (University of Hohenheim), who will present the lecture “Age-diverse friendships and its beneficial transfer effects at work and beyond”, focusing on the benefits of intergenerational friendships and their impact on professional and personal development.
The session will also include Dr. Amaia Eiguren and Dr. Naiara Berasategi, researchers from the KideON research group at the Faculty of Education in Bilbao, who will present a methodological approach to the study of intergenerational relationships using qualitative methods.
