The conference “Discussing Training models” is organized all together by CEJFE (Centre d’Estudis Jurídics i Formació especialitzada), Justice Department of Catalonia, EAPC (Escola d’Administració Pública de Catalunya) and EDO Group from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
This conference gives continuity to the 1st Conference offered in 2011 by CEJFE and EDO under the topic “Leader Organizations for knowledge and learning”, and joins up EAPC as an associate entity, thus gathering all work developed together for this three organizations in the 3rd International EDO congress of last year 2014.
his year’s Conference, which is addressed to professionals related to training and managing human resources in the context of public administrations and other fields, expects to create discuss and dialogue around current models and methodologies in the administration context, which are set in: traditional training, competence-based training and on-the-job learning. In order to manage these topics, the Conference counts on the help of Andrés González (Big Data & Machine Learning Manager), Carles Arias Casal (Manager of Human Resources of Barcelona’s Council), Agustín Garnica Cruz (Director of Instituto Aragonés d’Administraciones Públicas), Lluís Ràfols Ràfols (Chief of on-going training service of EAPC) and Fernando Marhuenda (Univeristat de València).
