Psychologist from the Universidad Católica de Colombia (2004) and Master in Education from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (2011). At work, I am linked to the Ministry of National Education of Colombia as a national liaison between universities and the Ministry for the development of the Advanced Training strategy for educators in the country. I am also a professor of the Specialization in Educational Management at the Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia (UPTC).
Thesis title: Knowledge management and improvement of educational service in state preschool, basic and middle institutions in Colombia.
