Professor of Pedagogy at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), he has been the dean of the center and university institute, department director, and commissioner for the Cluster of education and training at the UAB. He currently directs the Research and Studies Center for Organizational Development and the International Network for Educational Management Support (RedAGE), being a promoter of RETINDE and the FEAE of Spain and Catalonia, as well as an advisor to the OEI. He has led several highly recognized European projects (ACCEDES, ORACLE, ACCES4ALL) and participated as a ministerial advisor on education in various Ibero-American countries.
