Diploma in Social Education and Degree in Pedagogy. Master’s in Human Resources Management and PhD in Education Sciences (Extraordinary Award). Full Professor at the Department of Applied Pedagogy of the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He is specialized in the field of the direction and management of educational institutions, one of his priority lines of work being management and university governance and their processes of innovation and improvement. He is also an advisor and trainer for different universities and centers in Spain and Latin America.
