El Observatorio por la calidad de la equidad en educación superior: una iniciativa liderada desde la UAB

Equity policies in higher education aim to create university environments where different groups are free from labels such as ‘vulnerable’. The Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona leads the Erasmus+ project of the European Commission called ORACLE, a project that seeks the educational inclusion of all communities that are part of Ibero-American universities. Joaquín Gairín and Diego Castro, from the Center for Research and Studies for Organizational Development, present in this article the new philosophy that frames the Culture of Equity.
