Miss Sadaf Saeed is pursuing her PhD in education at the UAB, Barcelona, Spain. Miss Saeed has recently completed her Master of Philosophy in Education, focusing on educational leadership and management, from the National University of Modern Languages, Islamabad, Pakistan. Miss Saeed is conducting her doctoral research on leadership styles. In particular, she is completing a comparative empirical study entitled: “The Effect of Supportive Leadership Style on the Job Performance and Work Motivation of the Secondary School Teachers in Pakistan: A quantitative study.” Before starting her doctoral studies, Miss Saeed worked in the educational sector for about seven years. She has created learning experiences and materials to deliver a set curriculum and support students’ mental, physical, intellectual, and social development during her teaching career. Miss Sadaf Saeed often leads extracurricular activities such as coaching sports teams or excursions.

Miss Saeed presented a paper at the VII Congreso Internacional EDO Barcelona in 2023, titled “Self-Leadership and Organizational Identification: A Survey of Pakistan Secondary School Teachers.” She has also recently published an article titled “The Role of Supportive Leadership Style in Enhancing Job Performance: A Quantitative Study of Secondary School Teachers in Pakistan.”

Her primary focus is on enhancing leadership within the educational sector and secondary school level.
