Holds a Bachelor’s in Educational Sciences, a Master’s in Educational Research, and a PhD in Higher Education Management (Islamic Azad University, 2017–2023). His dissertation explored the impact of the digital university on good governance during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Experienced as CEO of Nisha Kasht Zarrin Trading Company, where he coordinated finance, sales, and organizational management. Research interests include artificial intelligence in higher education, adaptive learning systems, AI-driven curriculum development, and digital governance in universities. Author of several peer-reviewed articles and a book on digital universities and internationalization in higher education.
