L’autonomia dels centres educatius o l’autonomia institucional
Institutional autonomy, understood as the capacity to make decisions in educational centers, continues to be a topic of interest. Mentioned in the different educational laws (LOGSE, LOPEG, LOCE, LOE) it seems more a declaration of intent than a reality.
This contribution reviews the reality of autonomy after the assessments that were made at the time (Gairín, 1992), noting that we continue in very limited frameworks of autonomy and far from those in the rest of Europe, particularly in what it affects the autonomy of personnel, operating structures and resource management.
